Companies are investing millions of  dollars on Indian websites, but getting a decent internet connection is difficult in many parts of  India including Mumbai .  Many major ISPs will take your cheque as deposit for the internet connection , promising that the internet connection will be working in a week. Every after 4 months they will not bother to install the connection - they will say it will take "only 1 week more" .
