This is an investigation into the techniques , mindset and family upbringing of the criminals who indulge in bandwidth theft, stealing bandwidth from an entrepreneur who has not harmed them or interfered in their life in any way. At first we were surprised to receive a very inflated bill, but did not investigate further, as it may have been a one off incident. However, the problem continues, and this time we have a lot of proof. This is a detailed investigation to find out why it is so high, also how Internet service providers tolerate these criminals and refuse to take action.
