Hello Mr Pranali,Please let me know why your smart recharge card shows the value Rs 3115 and actual recharge is Rs 3114. We would expect a big company like Tata Communications not to cheat a customer of Rs 1 , we will take your firm to the consumer court, unless corrective action is taken.I also expect your company to have employees who know the difference between the no. 4 and 5.
